CATCH THE WAVE!

SUP (Stand Up Paddle Boarding) in recent years has become an independent and very exciting sport. And its popularity is growing every year.
SUP, surfing with a paddle, is suitable for riding on flat water, where you can just stand and paddle, cruising and admiring the scenery. But on the waves of the sea the SUP can give you an excellent opportunity to practice your skills in surfing.
SUP was born almost by accident: enterprising residents of Hawaii to 1950 used a large board and paddle canoe to take pictures on the water, away from the coast, with surfer tourists. A new sport called Stand Up Paddle Boarding was proposed by surfer Rick Thomas, designating it as a way of training during the absence of waves (this happened in 2000). But the real recognition of the SUP was only in 2004, when it was shown in the TV for the whole United States.
